Down in the bank’s former vault, house guests and members have access to our dedicated treatments and therapy space. Expect curated experiences for holistic wellness and innovative technologies including a cryotherapy chamber and infrared sauna.

Our purpose-built gym space provides an ultra-modern, holistic fitness experience along with two class studios.
Mornings at the Townhouse can be serene starts in the yoga studio or more invigorating options, such as dedicated time with a personal trainer, a swift city run or spin sessions in the studio.

Cryotherapy
Whole-body cryotherapy uses thermic shock to trigger nervous, cardio-vascular and hormonal reactions, promoting many health benefits. Our spacious and private cryotherapy suite is an invigorating experience that relaxes the muscles while also leaving you fully energised.
Infrared Sauna
Infrared waves penetrate the body at a cellular level to bring highly beneficial therapeutic effects. They stimulate collagen production, the release of endorphins, increased circulation and relaxed muscles. Located in our locker rooms, our infrared saunas are complimentary for Strong Rooms users.
