Notting Hill’s cult brunch favourite, Eggbreak, is coming north – and it’s hatching a pop-up here at Gleneagles Townhouse.⁠

Whether you’re an early bird or forever chasing the perfect yolk, this one’s worth getting out of bed for.⁠

Launching at the start of August and running for one glorious month, we’ll be serving up a taste of Eggbreak’s best-loved brunch dishes, from syrup-soaked pancakes to their legendary Eggs Benny. It’s a London institution known for queues out the door – but you won’t need to travel far (or wait long) to get your fix.

For those looking to keep things light, there’s Avo Toast with poached eggs, salsa verde, leafy radish and lime or House Quinoa Granola served with date yogurt, orange and blueberries. If you’re feeling extra peckish, there are towering stacks of toasties and pancakes, as well as a fragrant Mexican Omelette topped with avocado, Turkish Eggs with dill yogurt, and a hearty Spicy Chicken Sandwich with pickled ginger and cream cheese in a soft, potato brioche bun.

Drinks-wise, cool off with an iced matcha or sip your way through their much-loved strawberry sunshine iced tea.

Because we’re good eggs, we’re cracking out a fully loaded spread for you come weekends, with a dedicated menu packed full of the cult classics. If you want a more frequent fix, you’ll find a slightly smaller selection nestled alongside our usual breakfast menu on weekdays too.

Eggbreak knows a thing or two about eggs – serving over half a million each year, using only free-range eggs from Fenton Farm, a supplier focused on sustainability, quality and happy hens.

Breakfast is served 7am to 10:30am midweek, or tuck into the full Eggbreak takeover on Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 11am.
