INFRARED SAUNA SESSIONS
Post workout, an infrared sauna can be hugely beneficial. It boosts the body’s detoxification process by penetrating the body at a cellular level, while the infrared heat aids with muscle recovery, easing muscular pain after exercise. Infrared helps with muscle stiffness and eases tension before and after travelling and long flights and can be paired with our Cryotherapy as contrast therapy (alternating between hot & cold), which can improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness and promote even faster recovery from fatigue and muscle strain.

CRYOTHERAPY
Emerge from a cryotherapy session completely relaxed and energised. With an air temperature of -85°C you inhale almost twice as much oxygen and the body releases more endorphins that relieve pain and stress. Cryotherapy can vastly improve travelling fatigue, reducing swelling and inflammation in areas prone to discomfort, like ankles or feet before and after long periods of travel.
