This year, as Townhouse transforms into an enchanted forest, The Spence becomes the setting for a Christmas Day gathering to remember. Our chefs are serving up a menu brimming with seasonal sparkle, featuring roast turkey with all the trimmings or a leek, mushroom and truffle wellington that’s every bit as indulgent.
