We’ve joined forces with Edinburgh cult favourite – Alby’s – to bring you a festive breakfast sandwich that settles all sandwich debates once and for all. Available exclusively in The Spence until the end of December, it’s crammed full of porchetta made with pork, sage & cranberry stuffing, The Spence brown sauce, matchstick crisps, celeriac & apple remoulade and rocket. Served on Alby’s signature focaccia, freshly baked in-house.

This year, as Townhouse transforms into an enchanted forest inspired by Scottish folklore, join us in The Spence for a truly special Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Carol singers will serenade from the grand staircase and live music will fill The Spence. Meanwhile, let us take care of the cooking this Christmas Day as our menu transforms to feature Champagne, lobster, turkey and Christmas pudding – all served amidst a dazzling display and with festive buzz filling the air.
