Townhouse X Daylesford
24th June 2026
From the 8 – 11 July, Cotswold foodie favourites and pantry pioneers, Daylesford, will be coming to Scotland for the first time.
Expect shelves filled with favourites from their Cotswolds farm shop; including thoughtful gifts, pantry staples and a smattering of seasonal surprises available in Edinburgh for the very first time. Tastings and live demonstrations by the farm team will punctuate the pop-up; with pantry staples, kitchenware, homeware, gifting – plus of course their signature hampers – ready to pick up for picnic season ahead.
A SEED WAS SOWN…
The story began when founder Carole Bamford’s countryside stroll with her newborn was tainted by an aroma of chemicals and a soundtrack of machinery. This inspired her to question how we farm and led her to explore a route for change that respected our soil, health and wider wellbeing.
In the forty years since, what began as a farmshop, dairy herd and seasonal vegetable patch has evolved into one of the UK’s largest organic farms dedicated to growing, producing and cooking seasonal organic food.
In addition, a thoughtfully curated collection of home fragrances, kitchenware and household goods, including signature totes, tableware and tea towels, line the shelves of their Westbourne Grove, Sloane Avenue and Pimlico stores as well as their original Cotswold farmshop.
The Daylesford Pop-Up Pantry will be located in The Telling Rooms and The Spence Private Dining Room accessed via the Townhouse’s main entrance.
The pop-up is open to all with the following opening hours:
- Wednesday 8 July, 12.30pm – 5pm
- Thursday 9 July, 10am – 5pm
- Friday 10 July, 10am – 5pm
- Saturday 11 July, 10am – 5pm
