This festive season, the magic of 1960s and 70s St. Moritz arrives at The Glorious Playground with our fondue restaurant and cocktail lounge. Rally your favourite people, dress for the occasion and settle in for a lively night of marvellous mischief…
Join us for aperitivo from 5pm, dinner from 7.15pm, or both, each reserved separately.
Good times and glamour as the hours melt away
Ease into the evening with aperitivo hour from 5pm, when the bar hums to life and The Singleton whisky cocktails begin to appear. Sip our signature serve, made with 21-year-old Singleton single malt, then follow it with a perfectly chilled martini (or two).
From 7.15pm, join us for a three-course set menu, beginning with a Brettjause sharing platter of cured meats, pâté and Connage Gouda. Then comes the heart of the evening: molten, golden cheese fondue inspired by legendary Swiss hotel, Suvretta House, followed by a hazelnut tart with Singleton crème fraîche.
The Finer Details
La Folie Fondue is open from 4th December 2026 – 17th January 2027, Friday to Sunday. The three-course set menu is £75 per person for non-Festive residents, excluding drinks.
During Festive (24th December 2026 to 1st January 2027, excluding Christmas Day, Hogmanay and New Year’s Day), La Folie Fondue is open exclusively to resident guests.
