A joy to behold all year round, our beautiful kitchen garden is the inspiration behind many of the ingredients you’ll find on our menus, in our cocktails and even in our spa therapies.

Whether they’re used fresh or dried and preserved, the herbs we grow from seed have the most intense aromas and distinctive flavours.

The atmosphere is relaxed and we’d like you to have fun while you learn. Along the way, we’ll cover the history and geography of Scotland that has led to the incredible variety within this golden spirit. £70pp – please speak to the Still Room team or call our Restaurant Reservations team to book.
