Our original event space from 1924 and the venue of choice for Dior’s fashion show in 1955, our dazzling ballroom is lit by crystal chandeliers that refract in the mirrored walls and subtly illuminate the velvet-curtained stage.

If it’s glamour and grandeur you’re after, this is a wonderfully capacious space filled with the memory of celebrations that stretch back over a century.  

Named after Henry Hall himself, the head of our Gleneagles Hotel Band when we opened all those years ago, this fine banqueting space is at the heart of the hotel.

Having been specially designed for events with ample room for flexibility, tech worthy of the finest presentations and the perfect acoustics for spoken word and song, we think Henry would have approved. 

With classic wood panelling, richly fringed curtains and a beautiful moulded ceiling, The Billiard Room is a cosy and atmospheric space in the heart of the old hotel that lends itself as well to convivial private dinners as it does to brilliant brainstorming sessions.

Come the evening, the flickering fire and candlelight inject a healthy dose of ambience. 

The Broadcasting Room takes its name from a little slice of history.

Gleneagles, did you know, was the location for the first radio broadcast from Scotland in 1924, when the opening of the hotel was played across the BBC’s airwaves. This elegant space now has a library-like feel and direct access to The Pantry through sliding doors.

Homely and perfectly proportioned, The Pantry is a sweet country kitchen-style space that is ideal for hosting in.

Gather around the polished wooden dining table to share great thoughts, or allow free-flowing socialising as people graze from a wonderful array of food and drink on the central island. With a couple of comfortable armchairs and a generously-sized bay window with views of the hotel’s entrance, it’s a stylish option for all kinds of gatherings and events. 

Flooded with natural light coming through its beautiful bay window and profiting from lovely views across our gardens, The Drawing Room is an elegant space ideal for bringing together up to 100 friends, family or colleagues.

With dainty chandeliers, gilded detailing, panelled walls and sumptuous curtains, it’s a place that helps to cast you back to a more elegant age.

This wonderfully flexible space is made up of three smaller rooms that can be configured in a multitude of ways in line with your requirements.

With excellent technical additions and plenty of windows, it’s a place for bright ideas to be born and for long afternoons to melt into evenings. Bring your team or gather your nearest and dearest for everything from canapes and cocktails through to powerful presentations. 

Never has the adage ‘good things come in small packages’ been truer of a room, with The Study being our dinkiest gathering space, yet a favourite of so many.

The intimate proportions inspire a convivial atmosphere, whether you’re coming together for a board meeting worthy of the ages or a special private dinner with a favoured few.

At the heart of our Perthshire home, The Parlour is a beautiful space furnished traditionally with flair.

Grand portraits, antique furniture and a cosy fire all combine to make you feel like you’ve secured your own country house for a little while. Often used for smaller meetings, private dinners and intimate weddings, it’s a place where the timeless interiors inspire from the outset. 

The Shooting & Fishing School is just a couple of minutes’ drive away, offering an easy way to give your guests a period of pure escapism.

This cosy lodge is a world away from the grandeur of the hotel, instead embracing inspiration from the great outdoors with its traditional wood-clad interiors and charming country decor. Whether for a fun pre-event barbecue, the start of an action-packed away day or a celebratory dinner, this space puts you at the heart of the action. 

For many, The Glendevon is a room that encapsulates all that’s good about Gleneagles: elegant, impressive and with fine views over lawns and hills. It’s now the home of our afternoon tea, but can be used for gatherings great and small, with space for private dinners, drinks receptions or gracious gatherings.

The Cellar at Gleneagles have never changed location, with the original hoist still in place that lowered countless bottles through the hatch in its operational years.

Now, it’s still where we keep our priceless wine collection, but it’s also available for private dinners and receptions, injecting a little old-world intrigue into proceedings.
