Befitting of its wild landscapes, the laws around marriage in Scotland are made for the adventurous.

You’re legally allowed to say ‘I do’ in any spot of your choosing, whether that’s an ancient heather-strewn hillside or our inimitable ballroom with its hundred-year history. With multiple gathering spaces and plenty of room for marquees, we can accommodate any size of guest list from bijou family affairs to full blown extravaganzas.

Our little black book of things you can boogie to includes big bands and epic DJs as well as ceilidh callers, live singers and classic ensembles. We exclusively offer resident weddings at Gleneagles, so all of your guests are kindly invited to spend the evening with us.

That means tired dancing feet don’t have far to travel at the end of the night, and breakfast the next morning will be filled with familiar faces eager to be regaled with tales from the day before.

Weekend Plans

One party is never enough in our experience. Elongate the elation by throwing a multi-day gathering that spans adventures across our 850 acres. At Gleneagles Sporting Club, you might challenge everyone to a padel tournament with a post-match brunch, while our hillside bothy offers the perfect countryside escape for a picnic and an audience with our most beloved colleagues, our Highland cows. Our team is on hand to execute an exciting itinerary, however many days you’d like to fill with joy.
