Friday 6 March
Arrive in the early afternoon ready to hit the courts and meet your Padel Retreat coaches at Gleneagles Sporting Club at 3:00 pm.
We’ll start by going back to basics with expert hints and tips on tactics, court positioning, and effective movement as a pair, along with an introduction to playing off the walls and glass—all packed into 3 hours of focused coaching.
Afterwards, join your coaches, fellow players, and partners for welcome drinks and dinner in the tranquil setting of our Winter Garden.
Saturday 7 March
Start the day with a hearty Scottish breakfast in the show-stopping Strathearn Restaurant—fuel up for a full day on the courts.
We’ll kick off the morning with coaching focused on how to win at padel by playing through a variety of game situations! Afterward, put those tactics into practice in a short-form tournament, accompanied by a light lunch served at the Gleneagles Sporting Club.
To round off your court time, take a masterclass session on moving as a pair or mastering the glass.
Weary limbs deserve some rest, relax with a soothing 50-minute spa treatment in the late afternoon.
In the evening, unwind with well-deserved drinks and a private BBQ dinner in the stunning Shooting Lodge.
Sunday 8 march
The final day takes a more relaxed pace—perhaps a leisurely breakfast in bed! You’ll then have one last chance to pick up final tips from our coaches and enjoy some friendly matches against them before checking out at 12.00pm.
