Day One

Arrival and check-in from 3pm

Group Workshop 4pm – 5pm

Forging Positive Habits

Our habits reflect who we are. By consistently performing actions that align with the person we want to become, you reinforce that identity. ‘Forging Positive Habits’ is a workshop led by the Head Life Enhancement Mentor Sujay Seshadri focused on understanding the blueprint behind our unpleasant habits and learning ways to break these destructive patterns, shifting the course of our life towards greater physical and emotional well-being. When our habits are aligned with our values and long-term goals, we experience a deeper sense of purpose and fulfilment.

Dinner at Leisure with a suggested menu for the retreat

Group Meditation 8pm – 9pm

Join us for a calming and restorative group meditation session designed to help you reconnect with your inner stillness. You’ll be gently led through breathwork, body awareness, and mindful presence.

Monday 29th June

Day Two

Pranayama group class

Pranayama is a system of yogic breathing techniques designed to maximise the flow of prana (vital life force).  In this guided group session, we’ll explore various techniques to control and regulate the breath, helping to calm the mind, balance emotions and reduce stress and anxiety

Breakfast with a suggested menu for the retreat

Your choice of a 60-minute Vital Essence or Traditional Thai Massage

VITAL ESSENCE OIL MASSAGE

Kamalaya’s unique Vital Essence Oil Massage combines Asian knowledge of energy principles with the science of aromatherapy to create the perfect synergy between East and West. This magical and harmonising experience is a simple and effective way to let go of tensions, improve your health, balance your emotions and enhance your life.

TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE

Thai massage is based on the discovery of ten invisible energy lines called Sen, which run along the body. Your journey begins with a masterful combination of Thai stretching techniques and deep tissue pressure point massage. This stimulates the blood flow, releases toxins and allows the body to naturally heal itself and restore suppleness.

Check-out at midday
