Relaxed and informal, The Garden Cafe is a place for the whole family (including furry friends who are welcome in the atrium). Guests and visitors are all welcome to join us for everything from cakes and coffee to pick ‘n’ mix, ice cream and lunch. 

No booking required. 

Our plentiful pastry counter is kept topped up with beautiful homemade treats from our all-star brigade of skilled bakers throughout the day. Pick up croissants from 9am or settle in for cakes from 11am.

Georgios Chatzianastasiou

Georgios’ obsession with coffee borders on the nerdy, with him and his team studying intricacies like the fact that 0.5g of an alternation in dosage of beans can make all the difference to an espresso. To polish his craft, Georgios spent months at coffee farms in Costa Rica, where he got to grips with the production of the good stuff, from crop to cup, mastering the perfect way to make each serve along the way.

Take lunch up a notch at our Italian-American Grill, The Birnam, with its luxurious interiors and family-friendly atmosphere. Just across from The Garden Cafe, perch at the bar for a few snacks and a plate of pasta or go all out in the daylight-flooded winter garden with a sharing steak and sides.
