We’re delighted to reintroduce our sell-out wine series, an exclusive celebration of fine wine and wonderful dining at Gleneagles, with one special evening this February that will transport you to one of Europe’s most renowned vineyards.

The Sommelier’s Table offers a special experience for a limited group of guests to enjoy a four-course dinner, expertly crafted by our culinary team and paired with some of the world’s finest wines. Dishes will be revealed on the night and a representative from each winery will join us to fully immerse you in the rich heritage of their vineyards, making each dinner truly special.

Following the success of our previous events, we’re delighted to introduce you to the timeless artistry of Antinori this February, one of Italy’s most distinguished winemaking families.

What to Expect on Thursday 5 February

With roots tracing back to 1385, the Antinori family remains at the forefront of Italian winemaking. Still family-owned today, they have seamlessly blended tradition and innovation, shaping the course of modern Tuscan wine.

Their pioneering Super Tuscans – Tignanello, Solaia and Cervaro della Sala – embody their commitment to craftsmanship and creativity, producing wines of exceptional depth and character.

This special dinner, hosted by Allegra Antinori, offers a curated selection of Antinori’s finest expressions, paired with a bespoke four-course menu in the elegant surroundings of The Emporium at The Birnam.
