Gleneagles Day Spa & Afternoon Tea

Enjoy your choice of a 50-minute spa treatment, then head to the refined ambiance of our Glendevon Room, where a signature Afternoon Tea awaits to complete your unforgettable day.

The Long Exhale Day Spa
Spend the morning in the haven of The Spa and enjoy our 120 minute signature treatment which is designed to restore balance to your body and serenity to the mind. Relax as the sensation of warm Jade Wavestones glide along your body in rhythm and flow. This treatment includes full body stretches delivered with Flax Seed, Borage and Sea Buckthorn oils infused with Neroli, Rose Otto and Sandalwood balm your being with calm. It completes with a Jade Comb Facial Massage and Scalp Massage leaving you radiant with life-force. A two course lunch in The Wellness Café and access to The Spa and Health Club facilities is included.

An Taigh-Smuide - Mud & Steam Ritual Spa Day
A complete relaxation and skin refining treatment based on ancient Scottish healing practices. Our spa hosts will guide you through this 45 minute self-application restorative ritual that treats the whole body with a three-step remedy using Himalayan and Scottish sea salts to cleanse and exfoliate; Mud application to purify and refine; then relax in the private steam room breathing in essences of Scottish pine before washing away all the mud to reveal silky-soft skin. The experience is then completed by applying calming body balm infused with beeswax and honey flower essence or our calming body oil infused with flaxseed, rosehip, and calendula.
