Named after Gleneagles’ original telephone number, the bar is perfect for a post-round pint and nibbles, or people watching while others perfecting their swing on the green. Auchterarder 70 also has a beautiful dog-friendly outdoor terrace for a drink or two al fresco, should the Scottish weather decide to play ball.
The new menu, served until the end of August, features a selection of delicious Latin-American snacks, sandwiches, sharing dishes and desserts. Sip on a refreshing Pisco Colada or Frozen Margaritas while perusing the menu with a couple of snacks like the El Jefe Chilli & Lime Fries or Gaucho Dynamite Popcorn. Larger dishes include a showstopping Trancapecho Sandwich, Croquetas de Pescador or Tacos de Berenjena. Round things off with a plate of Churros with cinnamon, dulce de leche and chilli chocolate sauce for the table.
