We’re delighted to introduce our new wine series, opening with two exclusive evenings, transporting you to some of Europe’s most renowned vineyards.

The Sommelier’s Table offers a special experience for just 24 guests to enjoy a four-course dinner, expertly crafted by our culinary team and paired with some of the world’s finest wines. Dishes will be revealed on the night and a representative from each winery will join us to fully immerse you in the rich heritage of their vineyards, making each dinner truly special.

Our series will launch in February in the wonderful Ochil House, followed by our second event in March in the beautiful Glendevon Room.

Whether you’re a wine buff or an enthusiastic novice, these evenings offer the chance to delve deeper into the stories behind the bottles for an unforgettable experience.

Sassicaia is Italy’s most prestigious and celebrated wine, originating from the Bolgheri appellation in Tuscany. Its unique vineyards, with diverse soils and altitudes, create wines of extraordinary character. First released in 1968, Sassicaia pioneered the concept of the “Super Tuscan” wine, redefining Italian winemaking with its elegant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Enjoy the full Sommelier’s Table experience, complete with a four-course dinner hosted by Priscilla Incisa della Rocchetta of the Tenuta San Guido family.
