A Roaring Reopening

7 March 2021

Glamorous get-togethers and glorious food will once again be the order of the day as we gear up to reopen our doors in May. We’re all set for a summer of fun and frivolity and are delighted to announce a series of alfresco culinary pop-ups, month-long festivities for ‘Jubilant June’ and the return of our Kid's Programme.

From May onwards, we’ll be welcoming the return of our much-loved Seafood Bar & Grill (serving food Thurs – Sunday and drinks seven days a week), the introduction of our very own Tuck Shop and Ice Cream Parlour and a specially curated champagne menu in partnership with Moet & Chandon on the Glendevon Terrace.

Our exclusive month-long ‘Jubilant June’ experiences kick off with the Whisky Loch-Down; a nightly ritual held at Laich Loch where you’ll have the opportunity to sample some of the finest whiskies around a roaring firepit. Twilight Hour – sundowners accompanied by live music – makes the most of the long summer nights whilst our intimate cocktail masterclass, hosted in the American Bar (Monday – Wednesday) includes the opportunity to learn from some of the best mixologists in Scotland followed by a five-course dinner in the Wine Cellar and a special nightcap in the Century Bar. For foodie families, Head Chef Stefano Purci’s lunchtime pasta-making class will be available in the Winter Garden (Monday – Thursday). Inspired by the glamour of the ‘20s, we’ll also have live jazz in the American Bar (from Thurs – Sunday) and our iconic ‘Jazz After Dark’ menu featuring post-dinner whisky concoctions for all palates.

June also hails the expansion of our outdoor experiences offering with exclusive itineraries now available on partner estates. For the first time, we’re offering off-road guiding tours in our latest fleet of Defenders* armed with Swarovski’s newest range of Field Glasses to explore previously inaccessible estates and the opportunity to spot some of Scotland’s finest wildlife.

Come July, our Kid’s Programme makes a long-awaited come back.  Our newly introduced Little Glen Outdoors Programme, specifically for under-9s, will introduce Junior Bee Keeping and Junior Aromatherapy for the first time, too. Split by age group, the programme has something for everyone – from animal and bug hunts to falconry, off-roading on ArgoCats and woodland skills.

We look forward to welcoming you back very soon.
